Calcite Grinding Process For Calcite Dressing Plant
The calcite grinding process designed by SBM adopt advanced grinding mill and optimized processing flow. For calcite dressing plant, calcite mill is generally equipped with centrifugal classifier and cyclone collectors for calcite grinding.
Calcite ores are conveyed by belt conveyor to storage bin, and then passed to calcite crushers for reduction into required size. The crushed product is carried by bucket elevator to storage hopper, and then fed evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder into main grinding unit for calcite grinding. The grinded powder is carried by the airflow produced by blower to the classifier for separation. The fine particles of required size enter the cyclone collector through pipe, while the large particles drop back to the grinding unit for regrinding. The final powder is discharged at the discharging valve.
Calcite Grinding Machines
The common calcite grinding machines are SCM super-micro mill, Raymond mill and vertical mill. Raymond mill is also widely used in calcite grinding plant. Raymond mill can process calcite materials input size ranging from 20mm to 30mm, and the final grain size varies from 1.6 mm to 0.045mm. Its processing capacity can reach as large as 11t/h.
LM series vertical mill is a new grinding machine developed by SBM. The final product size ranges from 80 meshes to 325 meshes, and processing capacity from 10t/h to 128t/h. LM series vertical mill has been exported to more than 120 countries as a result of high capacity, reliable operation and low investment costs.
