Tanzania Basalt Crushing Details
The Tanzania typical laminating crushing equipments are jaw crusher and cone crusher. You can use two jaw crushers or one jaw crusher with one cone crusher If you have high standard about final stone granule shape, apart from the two crushers mentioned, we recommend the impact crusher, forming a three phases crushing process, which is suited for long-term operation by reducing cost of production.
Basalt Crushing Process
In the case of basalt crushing process, the jaw plates, plate blow bars, impact plates and other wearing parts are usually highly worn. Therefore, as for the crushing process flow design, we select crushing equipments with lamination principle as far as possible, in order to reduce the wear of important parts.
Tanzania Basalt Crushers Selection
If you do not ask for much about basalt grain's shape, we recommend you the basalt crushing plant consisting of jaw crusher, fine jaw crusher/cone crusher. As both jaw crusher and cone crusher are laminating crushers, it costs low parts wear and therefore reduces the cost of production. However because of lamination working principle, the crushed grains are not often in good shape, the needle flake content is higher, and inside stone crack phenomenon is more serious. So it's not suited for high-level building.
Tanzania Impact crusher's greatest characteristic is being able to produce high quality stone grain of good shape, which is best building material and has higher market price. Of course, impact crusher is easier to be worn during basalt crushing line than jaw crusher and cone crusher of same processing capacity. Therefore, impact crusher is mainly used to produce high quality grain for buildings, highway, railway, airport, and seaport.
If you want basalt grain of good shape and reduce cost of production, you can choose jaw broken + small jaw crusher /cone crusher for primary and secondary crushing, and impact crusher for tertiary crushing.
